I have a bit of a quandary. See, over the course of my marriage.. well, let's just say I haven't been my own priority in a while. One thing that this whole 365 project has thrown into sharp focus is.. my wardrobe. I have a handful of shirts and a couple dresses in storage, but the vast majority of clothing I own which is NOT from high school and college (and I no longer fit into the stuff from high school and college-- all of it is either way too big or too small) easily fit in one duffle bag. Right now I own one sweater, 4 shirts, one pair of pants, three bras, and four sets of underoos. One pair of flip-flops, one pair of flats. And that's it. So I went looking at my 365 set-to-date, and was saddened to realize that I'm wearing the same clothes in all of them. Like.. multiple times in the same week.

I know a lot of people do nudes, or semis, or implieds for 365.. and this is the closest to that you'll ever get from me. Seriously. For a lot of reasons: chief of which is, you don't want to see me naked. No, really. Even if you think you do, you don't. Nothing to see there AT ALL. Secondly: there are people I know in real life in my Flickr contacts. Thirdly, people not in my Flickr contacts check my stream regularly-- like my mom, for example, who has demanded I put the whole set into book form on Lulu for her when the project is over. And, you know, there's still the daily hesitation when my arrow hovers over the "upload" button-- and that's just for pictures of my FACE.

I guess it's not a big deal that I don't have an extensive wardrobe, but it's something that bothered me on some level or another-- and then when I SAW it, saw myself and how I dress on a daily basis, it bothered me full-force. I'll come to a solution eventually.

I used to paint a lot. I have a whole ton of paints and canvasses just waiting to be used, but I just never seem to have the time anymore. When I sit down to a painting, I have to keep working on it until it's done, otherwise they usually don't get finished. The only thing is, a lot of my paintings usually take 10+ hours. meh...

This particular painting is one of my favorites. I made a replicate in different colors last year for my sister.

Took some pics of my daughter blowing bubbles yesterday. These landed right in front of her eyes and we both cracked up because it looks like she's wearing these giant bubble goggles and I thought

BINGO! Comic Relief!

Whew! I thought that was going to be a lot har....What?

It's not Comic Relief this week? Are you sure?

What happened to Comic Relief?

Three weeks ago?!

How did that happen? Where is this fall going? Sheesh, blink and it'll be Christimas for...Christmas sake....

Alright, then. What is the theme this week?

Oh. Good. Well this fits that, too.
