The sun was out today, so I stopped off at the river at lunchtime to take some photos. I took loads of the bridge, but quite liked this one with the sunflare. The sun was so dazzling that I couldn't really see what I was doing and had to point my iPhone and hope for the best!
February's challenge – INWYGIWYDWI (or ‘it’s not what you’ve got, it’s what you do with it’). Taken with the iPhone and cropped slightly in Picknik.

A few test shots with that fantastic lens.
Really easy to focus and very good in low light situations. I use it with a MD to Nex adapter which I bought on the bay (cheapest one) and I haven't had any problem with it.
All shots taken from f1.4 to f4, hand-held, auto ISO, Speed mode (generally 1/50s).Minolta Rokkor MC 50mm F1.4 PG
I know that this is blurry but for some reason i really liked this photo haha
Also, Dylian would like you all to know that he became an uncle Saturday. Jasmine had her one puppy (pictures on my stream) early Wednesday morning (2:30am). We are still deciding but he MIGHT stay with us and if that is the case i may use him for next year. :)
Ok, so yes I am cheating a little by using this for the 10th when it was really taken on the 9th, but I couldn't make up my mind, and I figured that it is my project and everything..so there you go, I'm cheating already (kind of) but I probably would've taken a photo just like this, so it doesn't matter that much!

I have loved vampires before vampires were cool. Ever since I was really little I would dream about them, wish I was one, watch all the movies I could with them (yes my parents let me watch rated R movies in elementary). I still have dreams about them. There is something very sexy about a vampire. (Espcially Edward) haha And yet again I did the Cullen's "vegitarian" eye color :)
Last ride of the year!! (All in South Yorkshire, no crossing into other tier'd areas!!) 😉
Lovely 41(s)miles.. Chilly, icey, sunny and a cappuccino too!
Happy New Year!!

The 41 Complex Fires consisted of 5 lightning caused fires that burned more than 15,200 acres on the Darby Ranger District of the Bitterroot National Forest. All of the fires were located in the Sapphire Mountains approximately 10 miles east of Hamilton. The largest fire, Up Top, grew to more than 12,300 acres and burned across Skalkaho Highway, closing the road to motorists for several weeks. The fire burned completely around the historic Gird Point Lookout which was saved by firefighters. More than 530,000 gallons of water and 150,000 gallons of fire retardant were dropped on the fires and more than 350 firefighters were assigned to the 41 Complex. Going through the car wash. My car was filthy. Go get a car wash. You'll feel better about yourself I promise.
In other news seeing how I haven't been too informative lately.....
I made it out to the girls place this past weekend. Our time together was limited but enjoyable in my view. She had a party Saturday night with some friends but I got to see her before and afterwards. I think we're in a very healthy relationship. Sometimes I wonder if I try too hard at things. It's hard to pinpoint and explain.
I was able to hang out with my friend Kevin which was nice. We watched the Colts/ Jets game (Jets won) and the second half of the Saints/Seahawks game (Seahawks pulling off an upset). We ordered Jets pizza and enjoyed some beer. I think Kevin and I are becoming closer friends as time goes on. In high school we hung out a lot but were both quiet and shy. It's hard to explain. I think we're able to talk about stuff with each other that we might have trouble talking about with other people. It's cathartic really.
I don't want to say too much right here despite me wanting to. There's always tomorrow.
And yes dear.....I am smiling a little....its just harder sometimes when I'm not next to you.
