In my attempts to get most of the photos from my other sites to Flickr, here are some more old shots that I'm uploading. Sunday, April 18, 1999, Drie and I went to Greenfield Village (we were members) just to drift around and check out the train and carousel. These are from the SONY Mavica FD-81 as well.

The 23 was the Glasgow–St Andrews service in Alexander’s network, after 1961 jointly worked by the Midland and Fife Companies. Seen here at one of the arrivals stands at St Andrews bus station with the Alexander Fife garage behind it is Alexander Midland MPE224,
OSG544M was a Leyland Leopard PSU3/3R built especially for the Scottish Bus Group to a specification that was obsolete, complete with the last production run of Leyland’s part-synchromesh gearbox with its origins in the 1946 Leyland Titan PD2 first registered by Central SMT; it had been delivered to Eastern Scottish (hence the Edinburgh registration mark) in January 1974, but by June 1975 it had been moved from SOL to Alexander Midland as SBG’s engineering Director was also the General Manager of Eastern and had commissioned the Seddon-Atkinson Pennine 7.
Mr McKenzie used all the Eastern orders through 1975-6 not to replace old buses but to remove Leopards from Eastern, at the same time as it got rid of its last Titans. It looked personal.
Eastern Scottish were to buy Leylands again but not until after Roddy McKenzie had retired.
After Alexander Midland, OSG544M worked for Kelvin Scottish and then for Magicbus.
