Really struggling to get a good portrait shot of Seren at the minute, she moves about too much. Any thips on getting a 7 month baby to keep still would be appreciated.
The gps sent me to the rest area at I-17. How do I get to that road in the background?
After leaving Prescott, I was going camping to Horsethief Basin and had been there as a kid. It should be easy. I couldn’t find it. I had 2 situations at the same time.
All 3 gps (2 phone apps and garmin) devices gave me all three different unpassable dirt roads.
I took this photo of the I-17 mile sign, it was 31 miles to Horsethief Basin. The wildfire smoke was getting thicker and hoped after 31 miles it would be fine. After the sign, the phone map app re-routing beeped, so I followed the new routes. At that point, I was lost.
Wildfires. I had been avoiding wildfire smoke for 2 days: Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Sedona, Jerome, Prescott.

Perhaps the re-routing the map apps could have changed the roads with the wildfires.
Perhaps there really is a such of a thing as a vortex. It’s an hour from Sedona’s vortexes.
Perhaps it was a God thing not going into the wildfires.
Perhaps all three.
