Just after Christmas I was tasked with creating 3 original 3D models. A geometric model, an organic model and an environment.
I decided to create a Martian mining base with an Excavator and some sort Alien.
This is the Excavator in 3DsMax. I started with a box and pushed and pulled around the polys to get that odd chunky shape. I then added in a cylinder and cloned it to get the scaffolding for the blade arm.
I have released very detailed models of the new Google Pixel 3 and Google Pixel 3XL phones!
You can download them as polygonal versions AND as high quality NURBS formats!
