UKRG 37800 & 37884 are seen passing Gloucester while working Derby- Worcester Shrub Hill

it's been a busy week, we have to make some decisions about the future and that's not easy for us right now.

Buba is helping as always in her own way, but she also came a little too short, so I only have a quick snapshot of her today.

Preserved English Electric Type 3 Class 37 Co-Co diesel locomotive 37003 stabled in the sidings in the pouring rain at Dereham Station on The Mid Norfolk Railway in Norfolk (UK).

37003 was built by English Electric at The Vulcan Foundry Newton le Willows and entered service as D6703 on December 28th 1960.

37003 was withdrawn from traffic in September 1998.

EE Type 3 - Class 37 - 37115, with 'silver roof' Class 47's and a Class 31, at Liverpool Street station in the early-80s..

37115 was originally D6815, and later became 35514, and then 37609.

The loco is still in service today (2014), with DRS..

Restored from an unfocussed, grainy original..

Leaving NIGHTSHIFTWORKER at Drigg to photograph this train, Marra Man and myself headed to Summer View bridge to the north of Drigg to catch it.

37:365 - Twisted: Searching for something to use for twisted, I came across some palm leaf decorations from last Easter. I thought the black and white treatment really brought out the texture of the leaf.

Class 37 37228 is pictured on a particularly dull day in Doncaster Works, with accident damage, on May 3rd 1981. The Class 55 behind it is 55005. Remarkably 37228 survived to become 37696, and is still in existance, albeit in storage, at Long Marston.

I do not usually repeat the title of the picture, but now I really missed my creativity, sorry! As I told you before (last picture), I love the sunset in this place called "Ilha das Caieiras".

These 13th century floor tiles form part of the largest surviving spread of medieval decorated floor tiles inside any building in England. The tiles where they were first laid, in the Retrochoir at the far end of the Cathedral.

Visitors were asked to walk on them with care.

An extremely rare example of a 50+ year old first generation diesel locomotive hauled service train.

INAUGURATION OFFICIELLE LIGNE 37 - ALBERT

Thanks to my daughter for modelling for this shot.

This is the old Horse & Groom PH on the A505 near Royston, Herts. It's really deteriorated since I last shot here two years ago.

So I drew little happy (and sad and angry) feet on my toes...but you can't see them. Dang. BUT I know they are there...so here is my submission for Girls' theme Week AND FUTAB and 365. I was so proud of the fact that I remembered it was Friday and I've been waiting all week to take this shot.

As a side note....you may notice this is the second 37/365 I noticed that I was off by one and I discovered that I can't seem to count! I have done one every day but I had a 2 part photo that threw me off at 17 or so....
