I know that I did one of these last week but I am still on the hunt for the perfect shot! I like this because it is a blue-eyed one this time. Unfortunately, the stem was just a bit too wide to get both eyes! Nevermind - I'll keep on trying!
I also managed to get one munching on a fly - it's a bit gross which is why I didn't choose it for today's shot!

This is a note I wrote to my 7-yr old daughter a few weeks ago. I had almost forgotten about it until she showed it to me again today. I love that she is such a great reader. :)
A case of grabbing a photo opportunity when you can. Very fortunate to get this today - it only lasted about 30 seconds!

I decided now is the right time to set some mini photography assignments on my blog for those forced into Social Distancing so they continue their Photography
inside my bag...camera, cell phone, check book, planner and notebook, business cards, ipod, magazine, change, pill box, peppermint oil, lip gloss, hair ties, usb drive, audio recorder, cell phone charger, papers, tissues, pre de provence shea butter, throat lozenge, oatmeal.
Saw this beetle mooching across my living room floor so scooped it up and back lit it with a torch.
Not been in the mood today so this little fella did me a favor.
I wonder where it is now and what tomorrow will bring.
