In a rare occurrence, the sun actually peeped out from behind the clouds. This scene felt kind of apocalyptic with the tractor, the sun, clouds and the mowed-down feel of the landscape...
all throughout my childhood I loved this book--the illustrations, the cute cabin in the woods, the soft cover and soft pages... then when I found these matching socks last year (sorry, they're mostly covered by my headband), I knew I had to take this picture... so glad I finally did :)

I LOVE shopping, especially for crafts! (Today was shopping for fabrics to use for newborn photography)!
Spending the weekend at this beautiful place while leading a youth retreat. Although I was initially nervous and hesitant to go, God is showing me how present He is and continuing to grow me in my relationship with him. So overwhelmingly thankful for the team of leaders here with me this weekend.
