a shamanic journey to the dark side of the moon .. if you bring enough inner light along with you the whole thing lights up ...
There seems to be what looks like a poetic cow down there in a crater ringing it's bell ....

I lived in the Australian bush with an Aboriginal initiator of young men into young adulthood. I learned from him and he enpowered me to bring this back to the US. I put together a team of initiated elders here and we have been performing initiation ceremonys for several years now. I say one of the ills of our society is the lack of initiated elders in government-corp worlds ... we need strong elders to guide young boys into the next phase of their lives young adults ... we all know clearly how many of them initiate themselves ..
Big Bill Niedjie was the custodian of the Indjuwanydjwa dreaming site in the Northern Territory. Niedjie has entrusted me with many of his dreamtime stories. He asked me to spread them to the world, my granndchildren, my daughter, to all. ( I'll try Flickr also)
He holds the wisdom of 40,000 years.
" Our story is in our land.... it is written in those sacred places. My children will look after those places. That's the law. Dreaming place.... you can't change it, no matter who you are, no matter how rich you are, no matter you king, you can't change it" Big Bill Neidjie,

Impressione Announces the Opening of a New Art Exhibit Featuring the Works of four Yip at the KMADD Center for the Arts
four Yip is a shining star in 2D digital art. She is a master with graphic manipulation in Photoshop, where she turns snapshots of avatars she meets and creates realistic portraits that look like a combination of a painting and a photograph. Often whimsical, always evocative, Yip's work stands powerfully on its own. It opens wide the window to the soul of the player behind the avatar, picking up on clues of that person's personality from their style and appearance. Some may recognize Yip from her notable presence in the SL Flickr community, others from her tiny, quirky shop in which she "sells" everything for free from a propeller swing for four, to winged, stork-legged bird chairs to a Charlie Chaplin cinema package (moving background included).
In the tradition of showcasing the most creative, talented people of Second Life, KMADD welcomes four Yip to KMADD Center for the ARTS. The exhibit opens on Friday, October 10th, at 3pm SLT, followed by Mitch Triellis (http://www.allanpetersen.cl) live from Chile singing famous old school jazz songs (Bobby Darin, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin) on the KMADD City Plaza beginning at 4pm slt. Kirk, Maddox, and four may take a moment to drop by during the opening!

For the ancient Mayans-on "creation day" which will arrive soon 12-21-2012 - first mother and first father join forces to engender a new world age ....the first mother is the dark rift in the milky way ...a cosmic sky portal

First step in creating the no. 2 pencil transformation...finding an image, cropping it down, sketching, then finalizing the drawing. Teacher example.
One of my paintings from living in the Australian bush. This is the Tjapukai group from Karanda rainforest area.
30X40 canvas - acrylic -watercolors - and inks ... I have been doing a lot of smaller painting - it took some "loving" to get this bigger one to start talking .... my conviction was a little slower than on small painting grounds -- also the acrylics are not as "flow" as my watercolors .... this is the result of two prior small paintings that have to do with healing ... be well
Shaman riding a power animal looking down at his parents and ancestors. Healing the family of origin wounds. The ancestors go back the the "Clear One" twelve generations back. The Clear One was a shaman that had a small sailboat and sailed to Islands in the Baltic to do healing work.
