-e ora qualche passo
da parete a parete
su per questi gradini
o giù per quelli,
e poi un po' a sinistra,
se non a destra
dal muro in fondo al muro
fino alla settima soglia
da ovunque, verso ovunque
fino al crocevia,
dove convergono per poi disperdersi
le tue speranze, errori, dolori,
sforzi, propositi e nuove speranze.

.there's no escape.
I know, you're either laughing because this happens to you every time too, or you're rolling your eyes in utter disgust. I'm okay with either. Both?
A fellow 365'er did this years ago -- I'd do a link back but I think she's gone from Flickr :(
We annually take this ten mile hike in which we have to walk across a mountain stream seven times to get to this Seven Falls area. This year, because of the lack of rain, there was no stream to cross and just a pittance of water left at the Pools. I wondered about the animals and how they survive. So I googled it: “The Arizona Game and Fish Department (AGFD) provides water to desert animals in Arizona through a network of man-made water catchments. These catchments collect rainwater and provide drinking water for wildlife year-round…. The AGFD uses heavy-duty water trucks and helicopters to deliver water to the catchments. In some cases, the AGFD uses helicopters to reach the most remote areas.” This was a relief to read!
