The massive A400 on a low level flight through Wales.

A bit of late evening sun lighting up Ribblehead Viaduct. The viaduct is 440 yards long and 104 feet above the valley floor at its highest point. It is made up of twenty-four arches of 45 feet span, with foundations 25 feet deep.

Not originally my idea, just saw a same kind of photo one day and thought that I'll have to test it out myself too.

Lighting:

* High contrast side profile for easy editing: bare SB-600 @ 1/2 behind me to the wall and minimum ambient light.

* Front: SB-600 through a shoot through umbrella high behind the camera.

EL2-24 z ładownym składem wagonów samowyładowczych do elektrowni Pątnów wjechał w obręb posterunku Cukrownia. Tego dnia udało mi się sfotografować 12 pociągów w pięknym wiosennym słońcu, co jest dla mnie bardzo dobrym wynikiem po niedawnym rozczarowaniu. Obecnie węgiel do elektrowni dociera tylko z Tomisławic, wiec spokojnie można spotkać sporą liczbę pociągów. Elektrownia nie korzysta już z węgla z Sieniawy, z tego co się mówi ma pracować do wiosny 2026, co będzie definitywnym końcem maszyn EL2 w Polsce.
