I had someone come over to snap a few shots of a young Lab for a Stud Dog ad in their breed magazine. So I took Miss Eve out to try some spots in the yard that might pose as a good background before they got here. Turns out I quite like it! Next week should be a good shot, I have plans!

One day I was up near IRM and decided to swing by to see what was up. I'm glad I did! I was treated to a very rare run of the MN&S 21 on a day other than Diesel Days and Showcase weekend! Union, IL

In my opinion this is one of the neatest diesels the IRM owns.

Academy 1/48 scale model, in Hungarian colors. Scratch built the entire cockpit and wheel-wells, plus I riveted the entire model. In real life, the paint decals look much better and less stark due to the salt painting method. The pictures do not do this one justice :)
