Este queso lo elabora la Latteria di Moro Sergio ubicada en Oderzo una población italiana de la Provincia de Treviso.
Queso azul, de leche pasteurizada de vaca, de textura suave y cremosa, cada rueda de este queso es perforada y luego madurada en licor Choco 21, que permite al queso absorber el rico sabor a chocolate y creando las deliciosas vetas de chocolate que fluyen a través de la pasta. A continuación, se seca y se espolvorea en polvo del mismo cacao que se utiliza para hacer el licor, antes de terminar con virutas y botones de chocolate blanco y leche en la parte superior del queso.

In een mum van tijd was het oude relaishuis gesloopt en op deze foto is men bezig met de laatste loodjes van het slopen van het relaishuis.
In no time the old relayroom was knocked down. In this picture one was busy with the demolishing the last remains from the relayroom.
I hesitated as I walked past the cafe and saw Wim with his friends. He was sitting at a table to smoke. Did I dare and ask him if I had to take a picture? I turned around and walked past the cafe again.
Yes, I do it and asked Wim. He immediately thought and I took a picture.

Done with the 24-105 28mm, F22 and 15s. I was doing shots for my Heidelberg Exposed series, when I drove past this Lowrider and saw the shine of the rims. I parked the car right infront of it leaving the headlights on and shot this from a very low tripod almost lying on the sidewalk. Good thing it is summer :)
