One of the fastest ships on the western spiral arm of the galactic disc, Green 21 was a legendary race-winner and remembered for centuries afterwards.
AA 21 in a sad state of multi painted paint scheme's sits outside Center MI on private Property on a cold New Years Day. AA 21, and AA 20 both RS1's still exist today and are owned by the same people... though I don't remember their name. 21 sits on private property with a couple other cars, including a AA passenger car, a box car and a GTW caboose. AA 20 sits in Shepherd MI on display and has been repainted into the Wabash blue bird scheme.
I found this kitschy style card while going through my mom's things. It was written by my great-grandma, but I don't know whose birthday it was for. I love this style.
We make it to the park as fast as we can. Once we get there, Jay and I split up in order to search for him. It's really hard to see a guy in a black and orange jumpsuit when everything around you is made up of nothing but bright colors. After circling around the Ferris wheel and downing a plate of funnel cakes (I, of course, paid for them), I finally run over to a two-story, dirty building: the old funhouse. I reach up and hit my communicator.
“Jay?” I call out, waiting for an answer.
“Yeah?”
“Come to the funhouse. It's the only place I haven't checked yet.”
“On my way.”
My ears hear a quiet rush of wind, and I look over to see Jay slowing down a few feet away from me. We nod to each other and head in. I see old paintings on the wall, like elephants and ghosts. Something that made me jump was an image of a clown with shocking green hair and a big, red smile. Made me think of a villain from my world I’d never hope to see in person. After walking through a bit, we come across a large maze that's entirely constructed of reflective glass. Jay chuckles.
"This is where he'd be."
Our search continues into the maze when we hear a soft giggle behind us. It's Mirror Master. I slam my fist into the mirror he's residing in, but he simply glides into the next one. His gun points up and shoots shards of glass at me. Luckily, this time they only bounce off my armor. He groans.
“Come on, Alice. I've got a very important date and I simply cannot be late,” I joke, but he grins under his helmet.
“But if I did that, I'd be ruining the surprise.”
Jay grabs my shoulder and begins to pull me away.
"It's a trap!"
Suddenly, a ball of blue and black lightning smacks me away from Jay. I groan as I lift myself up. Standing in front of me is a tall man dressed in black armor, blue highlights glowing like actual electricity. He looks at me through pale eyes that peek through his visor.
"I'll take it you're this world’s Flash?” he growls, and I nod with a smirk.
"Indeed I am, and judging by the outfit, you must be...the guy that endorses emo Transformers, right?"
A deep laugh resonates from him and he picks me up by the throat. I start to choke, but I can't break free.
“I'm the Rival, brat. And now, I'm gonna kill the two of you. Less problems for me to worry about, you s-GARHH!”
He groans as Jay tackles him to the ground, freeing me from his grip. They get into a fist fight, but Rival quickly gets the upper hand and begins to circle Jay, slamming his fists into every part of his body. This feels so similar to me, but I-wait. I know this kind of scene. Lighting, red instead of blue, circling around my house, circling...him...dad...he killed...no.
“NO!” I scream, and I rip Rival off of him, beating my hands into his ribcage until I feel the metal armor break away from my gloves. I grab him and start running quickly, faster and faster until the electricity that surrounds me when I run turns a bright blue. What am I doing?! Something catches my eye and I see it. A portal, cobalt on the edge and coal black on the inside. Whatever this is, I need it. I spin around a few times, and I throw him into it. Once Rival flies in, the portal collapses. I gasp for air and make my way back to the funhouse. My eyes start to hurt as I look at Jay’s broken form. I take a glove off and feel his neck: still has a pulse. Quickly, I wrap my arms around him, pick him up, and begin heading back to STAR. Only one thought was passing through my head as I did this: the Rival is going to pay.
LA ALCOBILLA
Tres vírgenes acuden a honrar a Ntra.
