Canon 6D Mark II with Sigma 24-70mm lens.
Captured during the "On Fire" weekend of May 25-26. Sunday June 9th there are elections for the Parliaments.
Together with Sarah we took several pics of this event @ Leuven.
After the speeches the president of the PVDA took a group selfie with other candidates and the crowd.
Not my best technical photo (because of the difference in light on stage and beyond), but it surely represents the atmosphere of the day.
and well might he look guilty - that's our dogs tail fur in his mouth!
this cute baby comes to play at our house everyday, with the builders. he loves to get our dog to play but can be a little over enthusiastic.

I have many hobbies but my main focus has been on learning to use my camera and photo editing software. I enjoy exploring my town and seeing the diversity within it.

Please ignore this photo. It represents Raven and I sleeping all day since it was the day after camp and we were both sick. So I took this shot late at night from our lanai because I was freaking out that I didn't take any photographs.

It was my birthday yesterday and I am officially 21 years old! I don't really drink much but now it feels weird that I can. I don't feel 21...heck I still don't feel like I'm 20 yet! I'm still a kid at heart, and it's hard to transition into adult life. What I realized today is that things aren't going to slow down for me anymore. I'm graduating college next year and finding a real job after that. It's scary I know....but I have one thing to say... BRING IT ON!

Fue la versión más alta en la primera fase. Contaba con todo el equipamiento posible: a parte de lo anterior hay que sumar el cuadro digital con ordenador y las llantas de aleación y frenos ABS. Como opción en la serie Manager podía llegar a montar asientos de cuero. En la segunda fase podía llegar a montar espejos eléctricos, elevalunas eléctricos traseros y climatizador automático. Montaba el mismo motor que el GTX de 120 cv., aunque las últimas versiones, que fueron catalizadas, contaban con un motor de 2200cc y 110 cv.

Today I was my oldest family friends. I swam lengths early this morning and then went off in the afternoon, to the Waterfront to see them. We had yummy smoothies for lunch and I finally got my sim card sorted. Then my friend Immy and I followed a rumour. Basically, Ryan Gosling is staying at this hotel in Cape Town and while I really care very little about celebs of any sort, the potential to see him was very exciting. So we went and had a drink at this beautiful hotel, and caught up for a couple of hours whilst keeping a close eye out for him. We didn't see him, not that it was likely as he is here filming but it was fun none the less. Thrill of the chase and all that. Watche Downton Abbey with the Crowthers and played several games of ninja with the boys. Steve is teaching me bass/guitar which is something I want to lerner while here. Would be cool.

In the foreground is the futuristic bus terminal of Nagoya, and the tower in the background is Nagoya TV Tower. It is hard to imagine a bus terminal to look this good.

Week 21 - 26 May - 3 June
Was going through my archives this week and found this from almost a year ago. I decided to post this, because I haven't done much this week as far as photography for the week goes and I really haven't posted a nice black and white in a while. So here you go, took this in Sydney at the mall. More next week.
Ball Point Lounge
A quickie while organising temporary insurance cover on the telephone, for my Son, using a Parker Ballpoint pen and watercolour washes.
The quail has been sitting on these eggs for a week. Every day in
the late afternoon, when the air is warmest, she hops off the nest
and gets herself a snack and a sip of water. That's how I could take
this photo. It is hard to count the eggs visually, but it seems to
me that there are 21 now, and maybe a 22nd one is hidden. I have not
touched the eggs. This is exactly how they looked on May 1.

Week 20 out of 52 Weeks for Dogs for my Colby
I'm so glad I'm doing this 52 Weeks for Dogs group. Because of this group, I have to check into Flickr once a week with my submission. I post my photo and then try to stop by my contact's photos. Thanks to those of you who are stopping by to comment even though I haven't commented on your photos lately.
My sweet Benni has had some GI issues over the last few months. He had an ultrsound last week. Thankfully, there wasn't any cancer visible. He did have lots of gas and some fibrosis of his liver (maybe from a past case of hepatitis, according to the vet) but overall, everything looked good. We also did a pancreatic study and are waiting for the results.
Clay and Bubba are their usual difficult selves.
Colby is doing well overall. I am disappointed to say that after three years he is showing signs of Alopecia X (a common problem in Pomeranians). It is also called Black Skin Disease. It is characterized by hair loss and a darkened discoloration of the skin. Colby only has a small area on his tail that has recently lost fur but I'm concerned that this will spread. No one knows exactly what causes Alopecia X and no one knows how to treat it. If my little guy loses his fur, there isn't anything that I can do. Of course, I love him so much, it doesn't matter if he goes bald. The condition does not bother him physically. He'll just be a semi-fluffy Pomeranian.
