Thanks for taking the time to comment, I really appreciate it :-)

I will always try to reciprocate with a visit back to your stream.

The Emerald Lakes are a highlight of the Tongariro Crossing, seen here from Red Crater, the highest point of the traverse. The Tongariro Crossing is touted as New Zealand's best day hike. It has become insanely popular and so far no limit to hiker numbers has been introduced. Every year someone dies here from exposure because it is easy to be underequipped and underestimate how quickly the weather conditions can change in this alpine environment.

I can't even begin to describe how much I loved Paris. It was a wonderful experience, which will be cherished for a long time to come.

As much as I loved Paris, I felt it was a challenge to capture it because to get a good composition you really have to walk a lot and that's a tough job considering you have to carry your tripod and all the camera equipment with you. I don't remember being so tired at the end of the 5 days we stayed in Paris. I nearly walked 10km every single day to find the right spot, right angle and the right composition for my shots.

This one was shot from the Bir Hakiem bridge on a wonderful night when the clouds were passing over the Eiffel tower. As you can see the top half is completely cloud covered and the lights on the top of the tower illuminated the clouds around creating this wonderful glow. It was a spectacular sight.

Hope everyone is doing good. Have a good day, everyone!
