Una imagen que tiene ya sus años, el paseo por la Avenida de las Universidades junto a la ria de Bilbao, con el Guggenheim y el Puente de La Salve al fondo y la impresionante coloración otoñal del arbolado, que le da un tinte alegre al paisaje.

The King Penguin (Aptenodytes patagonicus) is the second largest species of penguin at about 11 to 16 kg (24 to 35 lb), second only to the Emperor Penguin.
King Penguins eat small fish, mainly lanternfish, and squid and rely less than most Southern Ocean predators on krill and other crustaceans. On foraging trips they repeatedly dive to over 100 metres (330 ft), and have been recorded at depths greater than 300 metres (980 ft).[2]
King Penguins breed on the subantarctic islands at the northern reaches of Antarctica, South Georgia, and other temperate islands of the region. The total population is estimated to be 2.23 million pairs and is increasing.[3]

Years ago I enjoyed driving up to the top of this hill and taking photos of the horses, cows, mules and donkeys until I discovered their purpose.
It made me so sad I never returned.
Gold was first discovered in the Colorado mountains in 1807. By the 1850's, gold mining was a thriving industry and brought a booming population from all over the world.
Gold production peaked in 1900, but steadily declined in the following years. Only one Colorado mine continues to produce gold, the Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mine at Victor near Colorado Springs, an open-pit heap leach operation which produced 211,000 troy ounces (6,600 kg) of gold in 2014.
