Gemaakt met zo'n sleutelhangercameraatje ergens gratis bijgekregen, digitale prehistorie, geen schermpje, na tien foto's is de batterij leeg, geen kaartje of stick, en de software doet het alang niet meer...
De zonnebloemen blijven prachtig ook als ze gaan hangen en bruin worden, zou de foto graag overdoen.......maar dat lukt dus nooit, ik zou beter moeten weten!

Made with one of those little key-chain-cameras, digital history, no screan, no stick, no card, needing a new battery every ten pictures.
But I love the sunflowers, still beautiful even hanging down and brown, I would love to make this picture again, I should know better!
Honda introduced the Element in 2002. The rear doors open backwards and there is no B-pillar. It was not sold in Europe so most probably this one was imported from the USA. The Element was discontinued in 2011 without a direct successor.
Another from the archives. A mantis that was riding on my shoulder (unbeknownst to me at the time) until a fellow shopper at a grocery store pointed it out. I took him/her in a cardboard box to the place we were staying and it climbed out of the box for this shot and was very cooperative for a number of photos, before we let it back into the wild (see link below). Bethany Beach, Delaware August 2004.
