The BMW 2002 is one of my two favorite cars, the other being a late '70s Dodge Dart. You don't see many 2002s in NYC because the weather and road-salting here are rough on cars. Funny enough, in Portland, Oregon, where it rains all the time, there were tons of 2002s and other vintage cars. Part of the reason, I think, is that they don't salt the roads there. (It hardly ever freezes, at least not in the Willamette Valley.)
