I heart charity shops...

I think these three charity shop finds were donated by Patons themselves - there was a load of chenille in sealed bags, and more of the washed haze (in pink, yuk!) I didn't get any chenille because I've heard bad things about how it falls apart when knit up, (it's made in a similar way to tinsel) and I couldn't justify getting any more. 2000g of yarn is enough for one day...

This photo satisfies requirement 2. I used manual mode to take this picture. I set a small aperture of f/16 to get a deep depth of field. I set the exposure time to 1/60 seconds and a lowest ISO 100 to reduce noise. In post processing, I cut down the highlight to emphasize the sky and I also boosted the saturation and clarity.

2. I used the camera on my ipad.

3. The area that I photographed is similar to all the land around it because it is a hilly grassland area. Although right next to here is a paved road but other than that it is a grassland area.

4. This area is covered mainly with grass and a some pine trees in the East and North.

5. I have just started taking pictures at this site so I do not know what dominated this area over time but I am positive that there were more trees here at one time before it became developed.

6. This area is mainly dominated by grassland with trees surrounding the area. On this day it was a sunny and cooler day Fall is really setting in with the grass not as green and the leaves are at their peak colors and most of them have fallen off the trees. Winter is coming soon with much cooler Fall temperatures and the trees becoming dormant.

1. With this photo I tried to take it at an unusual angle to give it more of a different perspective on it.

2. I think \i would have tried to get more of the branches in the distance.

La falsa promesa del govern Català de la moció moratòria que contemplava la rebaixa del 30% de les taxes universitàries, va ser el que va fer sortir al carrer els estudiants universitaris, en una vaga que va durar 3 dies (1,2 i 3 de Març). En aquesta situació es van manifestar pels carrers principals de Barcelona fins arribar a la Secretaria d’Universitats i Recerca (destí on va finalitzar la protesta) per demanar finalment la rebaixa de taxes. Tot això succeïa, com és habitual, sota la atenta mirada dels turistes que passejaven per la ciutat, que no comprenien com Barcelona no era del color que havien vist a aquella paradeta de La Rambla.

The photo satisfied requirements 1 & 2, I used a shutter speed of 1/80 and an aperture of f/13.0 to prevent overexposure on the photo since the was really bright outside. The photo is about a self-portrait of myself and also an indoor shot of my room. The indoor lighting is from the natural light of sunlight.

Post-editing(lightroom):

For post-editing, I did not do any global edit on the photo but instead, I used the brush to create several local edits. I increased the exposure on my face to allow for more visibility. I decrease the exposure of the window part so that the sun from the outside doesn't look too bright such that it's overexposed.
