The former Princes Street Synagogue. A building with an amazing history. My grandparents were married here in 1920. I have inset a colourised image of them taken at around the time of their marriage. My grandmother died in 2004 at the age of 107. Born 1897, she was alive in three centuries.

We enjoy a beautiful visit with Papa George this morning and share breakfast. Nothing replaces physically sitting and talking with loved ones. Considering the generous sun’s light, we find ourselves in the woods midday. Stroodle loves walks almost as much as we do, smiling. I hope you are having a great Sunday, friends.
I’ll see you tomorrow.

This small group of trees sit next to one of Phuket town's reservoirs in the King's Park and each morning I pass right by them as I take my regular morning walk around the park perimeter just before sunrise. The angle here is from across the other side of the reservoir as I make my way back.
As you might expect I've taken many photographs of this group of trees with them being isolated from the main clump of trees within the park especially a much larger one just out of frame here but with it being right next to the cycle track and the best light coinciding with the best time to be out running or cycling I haven't yet found a way of capturing it in a way it really deserves.
There are some beautiful trees within the park itself of course, some clearly more than 100 years old but unfortunately the most interesting trees are nearly all next to unattractive buildings or other man made objects. In fact there is the largest banyan Tree I've ever seen just on one side of the park and towards the end of the day the reflective uplight from the nearby lake is quite wonderful. Sadly that particular tree is right in the car park!

I was getting ready to leave for a wedding when Matt got out his guitar. That doesn't happen very often, so I decided to use this as my photo. I would be shooting video at the wedding, so I also knew that I might not have time to grab a photo then.
My mom once said, "does Matt ever take a bad picture?" He really doesn't.
An early model which was on its way to a show along with a load of old tractors.
More photos to come from that event.
