Die Bürgerhalle (Bürgerhalle und Zivilkasino) war ein Vereinshaus in der Hohen Straße Nr. 83 in Tilsit . Das Gebäude wurde bei den Kämpfen um Tilsit schwer beschädigt. Die Ruine wurde in der Nachkriegszeit abgerissen. An seiner Stelle steht heute (etwas zurückgesetzt) das Kino ''Parus''.

Genau gegenüber von der Bürgerhalle stand einst auf der anderen Straßenseite die Litauische Kirche, die ebenfalls nicht mehr vorhanden ist.

today i went to the mall. i bought some jeans (no idea if they're a smaller size as the place where i bought them has some crazypants new size system that makes no sense, but my old jeans were all saggy assed so i needed to do something), a scarf, some beauty aids from sephora and lush, and i might have bought a coat just like ashley's. it was a good shopping day.
