This is the start of my 365.
After all of my sister's nonsense about how I should start a 365 album...I finally gave in (even though she's bored with hers already). I dedicate this first picture to her...as I sport my Coyote Ugly, NASHVILLE tank! (PS, I'm a mess...I was just at the gym).

WHAT GATSBY: Senior Allison Hartman paints a prop of a billboard in her tech theater class on Feb. 7 for the upcoming Great Gatsby play. These photos show our wonderful volunteers hard at work cleaning up the Historic Bread and Cheese Creek. On Photos courtesy of Rick Currier - 4/5/14 - 167 volunteers removed 285 trash bags of litter from Bread and Cheese Creek and North Point Road Including 14 shopping carts, 11 steel pipes, 8 tires, 4 rugs, 2 scooters, a mattress, an office chair, a 55 gallon drum, and an old fashioned hair dryer (the type you sit under). Enough trash was pulled from the creek to completely fill a forty yard dumpster! Additionally 1.25 tons of metal were pulled from the creek and will be recycled with the money going toward helping to pay for our next cleanup. All food left over will be donated to Rita’s Table a local food kitchen dedicated to helping feed the needy of Dundalk.
Our cleanup was run as part of Project Clean Stream under the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay along with American Rivers, and Trash Free Maryland. Thank you INCREDIBLE volunteers! This was our largest turn out yet! YOU are the reason we are so successful and your belief in our community and the environment is what keeps us going! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! We truly could not do it without you! Look at the huge difference you helped to make!
