8 years ago a suspected case of arson saw The Holme, by then empty for a year receive serious structural damage. The Holme, in it's current incarnation had been built around 1603, with later additions in 1854 taking place. The building is Grade II listed, and yet is seriously at risk of further collapse in parts. Floors are missing, and the the roof has half gone. Oak beams lie rotting on sodden floors which have collapsed in places. Fragments of glass remain in the windows and the building seems to be slowly filling up with tyres. Without intervention, this beautiful hall, which originally had priest holes to conceal members of the clergy in more troubled times, will be beyond survival.
Settling into the her seat as the sun sets she'd find it with ease to drift away like the shadows as he moved into her mind once again... Heart fluttering she'd sigh out peacefully as her heart soared high. Missing you...

It is interesting that on this day I found not one but two pairs of perfectly good shoes on opposite ends of the path about a mile apart, I looked for the owners and then decided to take a photo, you see, a person usually finds one shoe and wonders what happened to the other shoe and never wonders about the owner. You find two shoes and you wonder "What the heck happened here" T-Rex? or Lockness?

My poor neglected harp has had a missing string for ages since it snapped a while back. I decided to finally replace it today as well as start get back into playing.
Here's how my harp was made, in case you're curious.
The "Milk Carton" represents the statement, "Dont cry over spilled milk.." however it was in addition to an essay I wrote when I was applying to college, taking an everyday item and explaining how it represented my life.
The essay is long as hell, so in short, the missing child in the portrait is myself at 2 years old. It is a memory in a sense -- my parents divorced when I was a teenager, which is the expiration date that is on the milk carton.
The carton of milk reflects on the relationship I have with my parents, more-so the relationship they do not have with one another. Their relationship was like a carton of milk, just dripping until the last drop fell.
I wanted to box up the emotions and such I had during this time, so I decided to have it added permanently to the back of my left calf. I essentially became missing at this time and my whole life has changed since, which will be reflected in the addition to the bottom which I have not had done yet..

Pig has been away from the rest of the herd for almost 5 1/2 years now. She's gotten good at building rapport with other isolated animals.

the fax paper creates the image / text using heat and not ink, after several weeks in natural day light the image / text degenorates / drasticly fades / goes missing...
Today I had an engagement shoot (more to come with that one later) but it was cold and windy and it wasn't "nice" fall weather it was "hold on to your hat winter is coming" fall weather. So I'm posting a shot from a weekend up at the cottage.
I remember the day I took this picture so well, and I wonder if it is because I took the picture or because it is a day that stands out in memory for some reason. The thing is there is no real reason for it to stand out. I spent the day lazing around on the dock, read a book (The New Culture of Learning-I know I am super exciting) and then over cooked the perogies I made for dinner into a soggy mess. Oh yeah you can screw up perogies. I'm missing summer.

Today is a normal rainny winter day in Taipei. There is no doubt that we will not see sunset this evening. In order to cheer myself and all friends around, I decided to upload this photo taken early this winter. There is beautiful sunsetting. Soldiers from 1st Battalion, 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) conducted an Army Full Honor funeral for eight Airmen from World War II in Arlington National Cemetery, Va. March 18, 2015. Missing dog! Bavarian Mountain Hound breed!

On the suburbs of Cracow, Poland. The dog has short brown hair (red deer hue) with black muzzle and ears. Medium size. Tattoo on the ear.
On the day of disappearance was wearing black collar with a metal tag.
For finder PRIZE! We will be grateful for any information! The whole family misses and awaits his return.
