skotjay: @aprilshowers_77 Me too! I signed up, then got addicted to it because my favorite mystery/noir author, Lawrence Block, actually interacts in a very active way with his readers on there. Then we got to be friends on Twitter and FB. One of the weirder experiences of my life is now that when I'm reading an author I've read for years, like as not I'll be chatting with him while I'm doing it.

The Kindle and Nook editions of "Sins of the Fathers" (vol. 1 in a series) is on sale for 99¢ If you get it, Shout him out on Twitter @LawrenceBlock, and mention my recommendation. Odds are pretty good he would reply in some way (and it's a GREAT book that's normally $7.99.
