Tonight's dinner was very enjoyable! I had a Veal T-Bone Steak with Mushrooms and Scalloped Potatoes. Delicious!
The veal is still on sale at Blue Sky in Pickering for only $3.99/lb. I should really pick up a couple more. I made a mushroom gravy to go with it and scalloped potatoes. This was a good meal!
