I went grocery shopping this evening and didn't have time to cook but Blue Sky had a few dishes packaged up from their food court. This Beef with Fried Rice for $3.99 looked like a good deal. It was quite tasty and filling!

 

I got greedy and also had some crab rolls. That hit the spot!
