I had a craving for Korean Fried Chicken but there's nowhere near home that sells it and I didn't have all the required ingredients to make it. Let's call this dish Korean-inspired wings, garnished with lots of green onions, and served with kimchi on the side. Close enough? It tasted pretty darn good!
