Chicken and Ribs

I've been to Smash in Markham several times and really enjoyed the food. I was happy to see them open a location in Whitby, a little closer to home.

 

Thanks to Yelp, I was able to enjoy this delicious complimentary Chicken and Rib Platter, served with Mac 'n' Cheese.

 

The boneless chicken had a nice crunch to it and the ribs came off the bone fairly easily, although I would have preferred it a bit more tender. The accompanying mac 'n' cheese was nice and creamy. Everything was very flavourful.

 

It was also a large serving! As much as I tried, I couldn't finish it. At least I don't have to go scrounging for my next meal!
