My version of Egg Foo Young is so simple and tasty. Almost anything goes when it comes to ingredients. This version has bean sprouts, mushrooms, asparagus, carrots, onions, green onions, and ham. It was finished with some sauteed Shanghai bok choy and some sesame seeds.
