I had a craving this morning for a good old fashioned Jamaican Sunday breakfast of Ackee and Saltfish and Saltfish Fritters. A quick check revealed that I had all the ingredients so no excuses.

 

Everything turned out great! It tasted really good, satisfied my craving, and I have leftovers for another day! Yesss!
