"Have you Tried Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)? Or just have heard about it! Apple Cider is gaining popularity in people looking for weight loss but not just this, it has various other benefits.

3) Prevents indigestion: ACV when taken with honey and warm water before meals or empty stomach can relieve indigestion.

4) Drops your blood pressure and cholesterol: Acetic acid present in ACV helps in lowering your BP as well as cholesterol levels.

5) Improves rate of Weight Loss: Acetic acid in ACV causes slow digestion and absorption of carbs leading giving satiety.
