Another year to add to the appreciation we must show for your life’s work.
We are honored everyday by the actions of this man and his generation that were able to make a change within the U.S.A.. We thank you for the efforts, the patience, the fortitude, and the contempt you showed when the majority refused to listen and budge for the minority. May we all continue to lead by example and not hide behind excuses and other strong-willed individuals to take the brunt of the blows in our fight for equality. Let us make better and smarter decisions that are bigger than ourselves. Let us stand up for what is right. Stand up for what is true. And stand up for your rights to live free from tyranny, various forms of enslavement, fear mongering, psychological coersion, indifference and abuse.
Hate keeps us apart. We must all open up our hearts to accept the differences we all have in this world and respect one another. .
May we all atleast take the time out today to learn the idealism set in motion by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
