Finished my first week of project #getmysexyback I worked out 4 days this week focusing only on upper body due to my ankle surgery! I stuck to a solid nutrition plan and feel great! I always do the stretches that I learned from #T25 which help a lot! Like I said before I'm not going to allow this set back to hold me down!
