Back to my Iceland shots, as I've not had much time to go out with my camera this week. I just loved the colour of the sky this particular morning!
Imposants et fiers, visibles de presque toute la Suisse romande, c'est comme cela que se présentent les Dents du Midi aux observateurs.
Impressive and proud, visible of almost all French-speaking Switzerland, it is like that that appear the Dents du Midi at the observers.

There 's nothing like cool temperatures and fresh air to raise the spirits. during my forays to the Alabama Hills the temperature can get up into the 100's and when they do, this is where I seek refuge. At around 9000 ft in elevation the difference in temperature is about 15 degrees and there nothing better the a fine mist that floats away from the falls right onto your weary soul.

Walking along the outer wall trail at Stettenfels Castles.
The castle is open to the public and hosts community concerts and theater events during the year. The owners rent out the rooms of the castle for events such as receptions, and there is a permanent beer garden in the castle grounds. The grounds are used for a variety of agriculture, including vineyards, and a stud farm.
Oslo Opera House. We had great days in Oslo and enjoyed the city, museums and architecture. The low light of December days in Scandinavia is a challenge for every photographer.
View over the rolling hills of West Sussex countryside from Cissbury Ring; this is about 5km from Worthing on the coast - the thin blue line on the left hand side on the horizon is the sea.

It is a year ago, almost to the day, since I was here. I wish I could go back and do it all again sometime. Such an incredible place to have been.

The Merlion, a mythical creature with a lion's head and a fish's body, is a national icon of Singapore
This species can be found in rain forest trees and shrubs. It will lay it’s eggs low on branches above water in a frothy nest. They make the nest similar to the smoky jungle frog, in that they beat the nest into a frothy substance in which to lay eggs. Once the tadpoles hatch they fall into the water. The Borneo eared enjoys eating insects, it has a special fondness for large tree crickets which offer a significant meal for them.

Ein weiteres Bild meiner Serie Herbst am Rhein bei Remagen spiele ich nun ein. Viele Kilometer kann man dort am Rhein spazieren gehen oder auch Fahrrad fahren. Es ist ein beliebtes Ausflugs-Ziel für Fotografen und Fahrradfahrer. Viel Spaß beim betrachten.

Looking up at the corner of Wacker Avenue and Franklin Street in Chicago's Loop, the elliptical shaped building on the left is the Hyatt Center. The building in the middle, located one block back, is the Franklin Center and the building on the right is 111 South Wacker.
