fun with my Christmas Tree lights...

yay for fabulous friends who invade your home with Christmas decorations... while closing you up in your office for "the element of surprise!"

that was a wonderful year, my very first Christmas Tree on my own... made me so giddy, I kept it up for months!

There are numerous species of goldenrod, and this one is certainly not the showiest. The zigzag goldenrod gets its name because of the numerous joints in the stem where a slight change in direction occurs at each node.
