Paschima Namaskarasana or the reverse prayer pose is also called the Viparita Namaskarasana. Bhadrasana or Gracious pose is a sitting posture and a meditative posture as it is suitable for prolonged periods of sitting. Bhadra means gracious and blessed. According to Hatha Yoga Pradipika and Gheranda Samhita, this asana is a destroyer of diseases, relieves fatigue and tones reproductive organs. This asana helps for normal child delivery. According to Swatmarama it is also known as gorakshasana, and moola bandhasana is a variation of Bhadrasana but in these positions, the foot positions vary slightly.

Niralamba Sirsasana is an advanced headstand that requires a strong sense of balance and focus. The name comes from the Sanskrit, Nira, which means “without”; Lamba, which means “support”; Sirsa, meaning “head”; and asana, meaning “posture” or “pose.”

Niralamba Sirsasana is a variation of Sirsasana or headstand, but the arms or hands do not support any of the bodyweights in the pose. Instead, the arms provide balance without bearing weight.
