Vous connaissez certainement le symbole majeur des traditions d'orient, dans l'ésotérisme, qui manifeste en permanence les polarités à la fois opposées et complémentaires :
noir- blanc,
jour-nuit
chaud-froid
homme-femme.....
yang étant le féminin passif, yin le masculin actif.
Unis et inséparables, ils disent la fondamentale vérité de l'homme et de la femme, qui se fondent dans l'absolu en ce principe symbolique deux et UN.
Cela se retrouve dans tout élément, autant que à tout organisme ; il se retrouve dans le corps humain, ou la lune et le soleil, qui pourtant opposés ne peuvent se passer l'un de l'autre.
Parvenir au centre, juste milieu dit le Tao, voie à poursuivre, selon Lao-tseu.
Parvenir à l'équilibre, harmoniser les deux pôles :

Les moutons "participants" nous montrent cette position, couleur opposées, tête-bêche, que l'on retrouve chez les jumeaux dans le ventre d'une maman, ou et surtout en l'appliquant merveilleusement dans l'union physique de l'homme et de la femme, du point de vue du principe même d'une recherche d'harmonie et de complétude qui dépasse l'acte lui-même :
un+un= UN SEUL corps de lumière, à partir des corps subtils réunis et transcendés par le don mutuel.
Un jour, après cette expérience inouïe, cette formule a jailli de mon esprit transformé. Je venais de comprendre, dans ma propre croyance chrétienne, étendue à une autre confession plausible, le sacré de toute union des corps entre un homme et une femme, que j'estime "liturgique". Sans cela, pas de sainteté dans cette apothéose donnée par Dieu.

C'est une vérité absolue. En l'appliquant dans le subtil, l'Esprit-Saint, on entre dans cet infini, qui reste la plus grande joie d'une vie.
Rien ne vaut l'amour, qui est la vie, vie qui est amour, Amour qui est Dieu.
Qu'on se le dise !
Ca marche, je peux le dire, justement ! La grande Nature fait si bien les choses.
Tout est Dieu en fin de compte, avant, pendant, après.
Dieu fut, est, restera.
Croyez-le, et vous trouverez la plénitude qui reste la quête de toute vie. Elle doit avoir Dieu pour Guide et Raison de cheminer vers le but final en coeurs unis justement .
Royaume des Cieux à atteindre, Seul sens d'une existence humaine.

Took this shot in Cheseboro Canyon in the Santa Monica Mountains during a rather tepid sunset. Didn't notice the Yin Yang pattern until looking at it on the computer.
Mandarin Ducks (Aix galericulata) are called Yin-Yang ducks in China. They were once widespread in eastern Asian, but are now endangered due to destruction of their forest habitat and wide-scale exports. Seen at Lowery Park's freeflight aviary in Tampa, Florida.

Pretty? Yes, of course. But as has become a habit of mine, I kind of like flower pictures to talk about totally unrelated things. Flowers kind of make that easy, they put you in a relaxed mood and they don't talk back. So, what's on my mind for today? The growing awareness that I am not sure about anything any more. Used to be that things were easy or perhaps they never were, I just thought they were. Black used to be black and white used to be white. What happened? Well, the crow for one. Crows in my old world were definitely a black bird. Now? They display all sorts of different colours. I admire those of you and their concomitant peace of mind where pictures of crows still turn out to feature a black bird. So, does this mean that my world has become grey? Obviously not, it's just that I see way more colours where none used to be or where I simply did not see them before. Oh forget it already, this is way too deep. What's really happening is that my cataract surgery has resulted in way better eyesight than I had ever been blessed with :-) Yikes, that was a close one. Obviously been getting in touch with my inner woman a bit too much.
What better way to get the Yin and Yang to agree on something than to down a generous helping of ...
