I took this picture inside the large 'train shed' in Bristol Temple Meads, with the tracks through the 'train shed' behind me and the main entrance beyond that. The archway labelled 'Way Out' therefore appears to be leading in the opposite direction from the station exit. The probable explanation is that there is no access to the subway from the platform I was standing on, but if my assumption that the platforms outside the 'train shed' are a later addition is correct how did passengers cross between here and the station entrance before the extra platforms were built?

Its very rare that you see a Stagecoach Supertram with the wrong destination screen - presumably tram 105 was running a Purple service from Herdings, changed to a Yellow service to Meadowhall but the driver input the wrong "Yellow" destination?

With such a face he deserved better framing, a stable shot from a tripod and a cameraman who wasn't immediately distracted by candy floss

Second shot for new group Photography Gone Wrong. Read the rules then join and get dust off some of those not so classics.

Maybe explain what happened if you feel suitably embarrased!

Alignment, alignment. alignment!

For some reason, certain shades of purple turn out blue in my camera. Which basically rules out half of my wardrobe.

found on a post at glastonbury festival. tickled my fancy.

There is no way the A-26 Invader flew over the crowd, so she must be climbing up into a loop

I swear this girl is at the wrong festival #riotfest2017

Here we are at Shark Spit Regatta, on a day with a bit too much SEly (15-20kts) for comfort. We started out conservatively reefed. This is the "wrong" (port) tack showing the HK parrel intruding on the luff.

Decided to take a run up to Cad today, was going to go to Car West but being their early meant the sun was on the wrong side so I went to the top of Cad East instead. Glad I did because the climb is easier which meant with only one plane through by the time I gave up at 13.45 I was less P'd off! But that's life, will try again next week.

total mistake, but i totally love it

day 20.

exited the freeway and took this.

not all that exciting but i decided to edit it just a tad.

1. There is a time for everything, a season for every activity under heaven.

2 A time to be born and a time to die. A time to plant and a time to harvest.

3 A time to kill and a time to heal. A time to tear down and a time to rebuild.

4 A time to cry and a time to laugh. A time to grieve and a time to dance.

5 A time to scatter stones and a time to gather stones. A time to embrace and a time to turn away.

6 A time to search and a time to lose. A time to keep and a time to throw away.

7 A time to tear and a time to mend. A time to be quiet and a time to speak up.

8 A time to love and a time to hate. A time for war and a time for peace.

9 What do people really get for all their hard work.

10 I have thought about this in connection with the various kinds of work God has given people to do.

11 God has made everything beautiful for its own time. He has planted eternity in the human heart, but even so, people cannot see the whole scope of God’s work from beginning to end.

12 So I concluded that there is nothing better for people than to be happy and to enjoy themselves as long as they can.

13 And people should eat and drink and enjoy the fruits of their labor, for these are gifts from God.

(...)

...22 So I saw that there is nothing better for people than to be happy in their work. That is why they are here! No one will bring them back from death to enjoy life in the future.

You'll suspect it's the wrong way, but you'll look at the map and conclude that it must be the right way. Then you'll have a look for other paths that might be the right way, just in case the map's got it wrong or something. Then you'll find no other paths, so you'll decide that it absolutely has to be the right way. So you'll head off down the track, wondering, as it becomes more and more unsuitable for cycling, whether it really is the right way. Surely the right way would look more like the right way and less like the wrong way, you'll think to yourself.

Soon, when the track runs out in the middle of dense woods you'll admit that, right enough, you've gone the wrong way.

Wrong time of year for this i think. small window of darkness between 1 and 3 and even then is there a lot of light in the sky!! Just too far north i think :P

A commuter train passing by Ã…rstaberg station on the wrong track!

As they all do for a few months due to works on a bridge a few hundred meters off-screen to the right. No service to that station during that time.

The track it is running on usually sees no passenger service at all since it leads into a goods yard (and out again, of course).

One day after the World Cup Final some people are still feeling the spirit. At the Hartford Elementary playground, Maryland Avenue.

Well, you were right and I was wrong

I am what's left of this song

You were up and I was down

You were the best thing left in town

You were great and I was lost

When I was boo'd you still applaused

You were night, and I was day

The sunlight died when you went away

WRONG THINGS
