I thought Polo's were supposed to be minty fresh..

The Volvo 740 GL is in use and looks very clean and tidy but the Polo on SORN is quietly deteriorating..

This album tells a story about a wrong turn, a lost girl, and a ghost town. This collection is meant to capture a quiet and eerie nature of a forgotten town. When we went to take these photos, I was super excited about the weather conditions. However, I found to way to use this as my strength when crafting the narrative and how I would choose to shoot these photos. While the gloomy weather would be subpar for capturing a magic fairytale land, it was perfect for capturing a ghost town. The entire exercise was fun and I have begun seeing the world through a different lens. I’ve started to look at objects as props and have found myself crawling on wet ground more often than I’d care for. Every piece of garbage, rusted pipe, or cracked stone has a story, which was the basis of this narrative. Something I would like to do better, or different, is capture a natural narrative. Instead of observing people in their element and framing that, I instead crafted a story with a hired model, which certainly feels artificial at its core. I’d like to take a step out of my comfort zone next time.

I found out the hard way that this is the wrong configuration when adding new memory. The first slot on each riser card is the original memory from Apple. I figured that when adding memory it had to be one for one matching the slot on each riser. Slot 3 & 4 on the riser didn't matter as they are the same size as is slot 2 on each riser. However because my Mac Pro is a early 2008 8 core (5400 series) the memory configuration is different than the later and newer Mac Pros.

The Correct Configuration shows the required configuration.

Um...I think we took a wrong turn back there. You have a map?

I know this is out of focus, but it was the best I could do with a camera phone. This is before the dress rehearsal of Mendelssohn's "Elijah"; it is just wrong to eat before playing the French horn.

Wearing green camouflage usually works well unless you happen to be standing someplace were everything is red.

Spent part of the day taking photos at Luther Britt Park since my wife had to work today.

NS 9229 leads a manifest west through Naperville, IL running west on the eastbound main three. The stack train also visable was running east on the westbound main one! Weird stuff.

I blame global warming. Then again, you cant get a hotel room in town either and I cant blame global warming for that.

That's a 62cm Illusion Spirit body. Far too tall and too broad for him. Now, I start looking for a short and frail body...

Wrong Side by Angela Mccluskey

"I've been living on the wrong side

Of the law

For so long

I don't know which side I am on

And every hand I shake

Is shaking me down

For a hard-luck song"
