The original hole was too small for the Rockler feet so I had to bore it out. It was a simple enough job and well worth it to have the ability to stabilize the saw.

CERAWK02406-07MAR2013-OV-SCHNEIDER.JPG - Asia Gas and Coal – Where Will We Be in 2025?

Many have predicted the downfall of coal in Asia for many years but it is still going strong. Many are also predicting that the future of shale gas is in Asia, with China singled out for its vast reserves. But the future is not as clear cut For now at least coal is kind of winning the battle in much of Asia. Many have predicted coal’s demise only to be proven wrong. What could change this? What will happen if/when significant unconventional gas resources come into play in China, Australia, Indonesia and elsewhere? What are the implications of new sources of LNG from Australia, Russia and elsewhere? The power sector is where gas & coal often compete. What are the implications for the power sector? What are the potential threats to current thinking – such as commercially successful CCS, lack of government commitment to carbon reduction, or investor unease?

Did someone give you bad directions?

Where you in the wrong place at the wrong time?

They found a note left in the sand

This is/was apparently an Apothecary (or similar thing - who knows with translations!?). Lovely painted exterior, but I got the impression it was now empty.

Imagine that you are designing advertisement posters (for a jazz school in this case) that will be posted everywhere in a big city (Munich in this case). One of bits of information on these posters is that courses at that school start in September 2007. And of course you also put your name on the posters for some publicity.

One year later, they want to advertise again, so they take your design again and send it to the print shop. (Or maybe they ask you, and you send it to the print shop.)

A few days later, the posters are ready. Someone notices that they still say “September 2007”. No big deal, they just fire up Microsoft Word, type “2008” a few times, format it in 72pt bold type, print it out a few hundred times, cut the numbers apart and stick them onto the posters.

Well, and your name is still on those posters, along with the “sponsered” typo from last year. Damn.

(I don’t know if this is exactly what happened, but I can’t really imagine how it could be otherwise.)

I'm pretty sure that's who this gorgeous lad is, correct me if I'm wrong. If I could have taken any horse from the show home with me it would have been him...GORGEOUS stallion.

This is a story about two friends and their journey through modern life.

Timing is sometimes everything

Check-In We were sitting there waiting for our flight, and couldn't figure out why the plane wasn't a Delta plane. Then coming back from restroom, I realized there had been a gate change. So here's a random plane.

I didn't think I'd seen anything worse than Paris Hilton incense. I was wrong. So very wrong.

On Tuesdays I am always in a rush -I have a pottery class in the evening, so I today when I took the dogs for a quick walk I only took my pocket camera in stead of my SLR with the 300mm lens. When I got to the waterfront I saw brown pelicans diving for fish but I could not get any photos - they are the small birds close to the center of this photo.

21st September 2014 and the return dog walk over the footbridge at Ram Hill, Coalpit Heath was met with this stationary train. Clearly something major was going on just around the bend out of view. Quite a lot of track repairs and re-alignment are happening now in preparation for electrification. The re-signalling appears to be complete through this area now. When driving home, another 66 headed train above the road bridge, this time with ballasting machinery and sleepers, was stationary only yards in front of the above train.

despite the chances being one in a million,

dont you find it asphyxiating?

Their train was late.

Usually I'm the only one so interested in Amtrak passing. Maybe they thought it was going to be their train, and they were all on the wrong side.

Which guidebook directions will I take? A raging deep creek prevents me from using the climbing guide since my car doesn't work well under water.
