I usually found that writing things down helped me understand them better, or cleared my head and let me have some relief from my thoughts.
I used to write things on my hands not to forget them, and other times I wrote them on little pieces of paper and then put them in a jar.
I used to write stories too. They never really had a beginning or an ending, but they where stories nonetheless.
It's been a while since I've sat down to write properly, to write a story about people and always a bit about myself.
At least I write a few words every day for this project, but it's not enough.
I just can't bring myself to write even though I feel the need to. It's strange.
I just wish for some relief, or comfort, of happiness, or whatever you want to call it.

JavaFX 8 offers a rich set of visually appealing UI controls, a convenient property binding mechanism for event handling, and a powerful tool for layout and design. This session shows you how to develop mobile applications with Java and JavaFX and deploy them on IOS and Android devices, all from the same code base. The session begins with an overview of JavaFX UI controls and property binding techniques. After demonstrating an example JavaFX application with FXML, Scene Builder, and Gluon Maps, you'll learn how to deploy the app on a mobile device (IOS or Android). You'll also learn how to keep connected mobile devices updated when data in the cloud changes. This session includes several useful examples and shows how Java and JavaFX makes it easy to develop applications that target different mobile devices. This write once, run anywhere (WORA) platform uses an IDE plug in and library support from Gluon to create native applications.

“This is where journalists have had the upper hand for so long: they can “write” in public. But now, worryingly for them anyone can join the; readers are transforming into writers in the interactive media.” Hartley 2000: 42-3
As a Journalism student, I should be disheartened by this quote... luckily enough I don't want to be a journalist!
It is incredibly true though that anyone can write freely online- there are no boundaries!
There are endless opportunities to voice your opinion, create a blog dedicated to a niche subject- the audience is no longer silent.
