Gastown Steam Clock
Raymond Saunders' first steam clock was built in 1977 to solve the issue of a steam vent in a popular sidewalk for the renovated Gastown district of Vancouver.
Owned by the City of Vancouver, BC Canada
The steam clock's plaque reads:
THE GASTOWN STEAM CLOCK

The world's first steam powered clock has been created for the enjoyment of everyone. The live steam winds the weights and blows the whistles.
Every 4.5 minutes one steel weight will travel by steam power to the top of the clock.
The gravity driven "falling ball" drive was 'engineered' by Douglas L. Smith. Each quarter hour the clock will sound the Westminster Chimes.
The large whistle will sound once on the hour. The steam is supplied by the underground system of Central Heat Distributor's Limited.
The component parts cost $42,000 and the clock weighs over two tons.

The new Year starts at the Urania-Worldclock at Alexander Place in Berlin. The opening ceremony was in 1969. In 1969 this part of Berlin belonged to former DDR.
Located in Alexanderplatz (Mitte, Berlin), it is a clock which displays the time for various cities around the world. Erected in 1969, the current time in 148 major cities from around the world can be determined by reading the markings on its metal rotunda. In July 2015, the German government declared the clock as a historically and culturally significant monument.

Die Weltzeituhr auf dem Alexanderplatz im Berliner Ortsteil Mitte (auch: Urania-Weltzeituhr) ist eine Uhrenanlage in Baueinheit mit einer symbolischen Weltdarstellung. Sie enthält auf ihrer metallenen Rotunde die Namen von 146 Orten sowie einen zusätzlichen Eintrag zur Datumsgrenze. Seit ihrer Aufstellung 1969 ist die zehn Meter hohe Weltzeituhr ein beliebter Treffpunkt für Berliner und Touristen in der deutschen Hauptstadt. Seit Juli 2015 steht die Weltzeituhr unter Denkmalschutz.

The world clock on the Alexanderplatz in Berlin's Mitte district (also: Urania World Clock) is a clock system in unit with a symbolic world view. It contains on its metal rotunda the names of 146 places and an additional entry to the date border. Since its installation in 1969, the ten-meter high World Clock has been a popular meeting place for Berliners and tourists in the German capital. Since July 2015, the world clock is under monument protection.
I'm guessing the addition of the Moscow label reflects changes in the Brighton Beach neighborhood, but with that dial's numbers being in Hebrew I wonder what was originally there.
Note also: Mexico City is on the same time zone as Chicago, but parts of Mexico are on later time zones.

The towerclock dates 1920 and was donateur by ship-owner N. J. Holden and wife. The clock was made at the Cornelis Knudsen workshop by clockmaker Jens Olsen, better known for this worldclock at the Copenhagen Townhall.
