My farewell gift for Peter when he was leaving for Luxembourg was a CD with photos he chose himself without knowing I'd do a cover for it. Actually, I didn't know about it myself and only got the idea on my way from work. I started working on it right after I came home, as the next day was supposed to be Peter's last at work and I had no way of knowing that he would be dropping by on the following day as well. :)

With the exception of Miriam, whose photo I unfortunately didn't have, the cover has all the crazy people from the best workteam of all times (for me). The upper row from left to right shows: Skipka and Sonda pose with payslips and toilet paper (deep metaphor). Vierka shows off the Christmas-tree-shaped honeycake her sister did. Dušo and Silvinka play a scene about a pervert old man and a pretty nurse. The lower row also from left to right: Mirka exceptionally doesn't tell me I shouldn't photograph her. Peter, as always, at the telephone. Yours truly in a cupboard. :) Oh, those were the days!!!

A work team put a new tin roof on this home near the Randolph county line - another ministry of Tyrand Cooperative Ministries.

My favorite picture of the group. Karen of Rochester, helps Irma the home owner go through her personal possessions. She was unable to do it alone. Karen, on behalf of the team, on behalf of Third Presbyterian Church, on behalf of Presbyterians across the country helps Irma and brings hope that things can be different.
