This is a series I did during my summer Workstudy program at the Maine Media Workshops in Rockport, ME. It focuses on light and how that light reinhabits abandoned places and becomes part of the process of nature reclaiming human structures. These were taken in abandoned mills and housing projects around rural Maine during the summer of 2007.
My workstudies are so cool. They got me this cake as my "last day" present before I moved upstairs to take my new job.
