Anyone who knows me knows that I do not workout, even though it would be good for me. I got this outfit a couple of years ago to be a little different and show my casual side.
Someone has been nice enough to leave a workout exercise guide at a few places around the lower lake at Rudan. So Swedish word of the day is Utfall. Lunges.
No open gyms means I have to get my workouts in another way. Luckily, it's been nice enough to hit the running trails.

I want to do my exercises but it's winter and the weather is terrible so it's cold and rainy outside. Therefore I'm not going out jogging along the river like I usually do, but prefer to stay inside and do my workout at home. Let's start with some jogging on the spot to warm up...
The posture might mess up my neck, but it's quite worth it.
