The morning workout/yoga or abs session in the kitchen has been a feature of Lockdown. So here we go again with Lockdown v.2.
It's more Mrs Fi's thing than mine, I reckon I get enough exercise renovating my house and cycling, and I'm not great in the mornings. I'm getting jealous of that Joe Wicks, glad I don't have to compete on that score any more! xx

Anyone who knows me knows that I do not workout, even though it would be good for me. I got this outfit a couple of years ago to be a little different and show my casual side.
