Las seis de la mañana. Fiestas en el puerto. Los últimos calaveras ya se están retirando. Yo me he levantado temprano para tomar unas fotos a la salida del sol y de repente, los veo. Son dos chavales que después de pasarse la noche de juerga - sin mucho éxito por lo que parece - deciden ponerse a hacer flexiones y otros ejercicios a la luz tenue del amanecer. Otros, mientras tanto, hacemos fotos. No sé quien está peor.

It was our last day at Sierra Valley late in the afternoon when we finally spotted the Sandhill Crane family grazing next to the road. This youngster was having a great time giving it's wings a 'workout' while mom & dad quietly grazed nearby in the grasses.

These babies grow up so fast and it was such a thrill to see them.
