People (mostly men) gather along the Fann seaside to exercise, every evening. Fann becomes a crowded open-air gym, lightened by the beautiful golden sunset. Fann, Dakar. Senegal.

While in Cuba we watched a group go through the afternoon workouts at a boxing gym named Rafael Trejo.
After all that damn delicious cake in Pittsburgh (thanks Michael!! and thanks Dan and Phil for being born!!) it's sweat time.
bonus! xianjessen was doing the same thing on the other side of North America, so we became virtual workout partners! Yay for the interwebz!
