He is deeply concentrated in his work,

looking his computer ;

now we are working about 23 hours a day

considering the concurrent several tasks of a tipical worker,

within 2015 we 'll reach about 36 hours a day,

but someone says that's not enough,

productivity can be improved,

its a PIL/PPA reason....

I guess the same usual question,

can the PIL/PPA measures our happiness ?

Sebastiano is not the real subject , he is an optimist

and he thinks positive.....

More than 500 healthcare workers at Tri-City Medical Center in Oceanside have unionized for the first time with UHW! On Wednesday, state labor officials confirmed that a super majority of caregivers signed union authorization cards and certified the Tri-City healthcare workers as part of our growing family.

Following their victorious card check, TCMC service workers organized a lively celebration party and began their plans to negotiate a strong first contract that protects patient care and makes necessary improvements in wages and benefits. Aside from our Kaiser facilities, TCMC is the second UHW hospital in largely non-union San Diego.

“We are thrilled to join thousands of other healthcare workers as members of UHW.” said Fega Segi, a Certified Nursing Assistant at the hospital for over 9 years. “It gives us the strength to negotiate a contract that offers caregivers a voice in issues like improving staffing levels and achieving industry standard wages and benefits.”

“With our union, we can finally move forward to make a better hospital for our patients," said Luis Duenas, an Operating Room Tech at Tri-City medical Center. “Now, we have a much stronger voice to improve patient care and recruit and retain the most qualified healthcare workers.”

The Chinese government gave Costa Rica a new soccer stadium. Cost: $105 Million They provided workers, material and in a short time Costa Rica had a new stadium at La Sabana Park. Here is a photo of men in pink working together in synergy as an orchestra. "Costa Rica made China its second-biggest trading partner by signing a free trade agreement just two weeks after the stadium opened." according to Business Insider. I saw the stadium from my windows at home, so I decided to visit them and speak with them. But no one spoke English nor Spanish. They were cute in their pink overalls!

Serbia, until 1990 a respectable country, in last twenty years has been devastated by wars and the economic sanctions.Citizens of Serbia who lived in prosperity began to face problems they were not ready for. People who were tortured by wars, hunger and various revolutions encountered the economic crisis.Most of citizens of Serbia remained without a job but also without strength to do something large to change their difficult life from the root. They are satisfied with the worst jobs to ensure their tomorrow. Photo by Sasa Djordjevic. www.mic.org.rs
